Brunswicks Podcast 091114 AEA Conf - Views from the Dark Side.

This podcast is a recording of a seminar Andrew Dawson gave at an Action on Elder Abuse conference in London on 12 January 2009.  His approach was deliberately controvertial in style and delivery as he sought to make comment on why business and local authorities struggle with vulnerable adult protection.

The common strands on each sides of these failings - a lack of understanding, poor management and a lack of training.  Most delegates agreed with Andrew - do you?
